Welcome to Charys Premium Home (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing and using our website (charyshomes.gr) and/or by booking accommodation through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving full payment or a deposit, depending on the terms outlined during the reservation process.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer or booking platforms (Airbnb and Booking.com).
  • All rates are listed in Euros and are subject to change prior to confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or platform messaging).
  • Refunds and fees depend on the cancellation terms outlined in your booking (e.g., flexible, moderate, or strict policy).
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional fees.

4. House Rules

Guests agree to:

  • Treat the property with care and respect.
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the property description.
  • Refrain from parties, events, or loud noise unless prior approval is given.
  • Leave the property in good condition upon departure.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

5. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with these terms.

6. Safety and Liability

  • Guests use the property at their own risk.
  • We accept no liability for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay, unless caused by our negligence.
  • The property may have features such as balconies, stairs, or pools; guests must supervise children and vulnerable persons at all times.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your data.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, travel disruptions, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Preveza, Greece.
